    Led a team to define and implement a cohesive UX vision for data-driven and AI/ML-enabled products, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. Oversaw end-to-end project execution with a focus on user experience, data interaction, and system scalability. Spearheaded the creation of a data design system to standardize components, visualizations, and interactions across platforms, enabling consistent and intuitive access to complex data and AI insights. Developed project plans that bridged user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals, delivering measurable impact across multiple initiatives.

    Lead the design on the UPS Flight Forward drone delivery project. Responsibilities included conducting UX research, gather/soliciting user requirements, developing the UI interface for internal & customer facing applications, and conducting usability testing.

    Working closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Product Owners across multiple agile teams on TMS (Transportation Management System) to design and develop the next generation of internal systems to support UPS’s transportation logistical network and telematics.
